PTA Meeting Schedule

General meetings happen four times a year and are open to all Kincaid PTA members. This school year we return to in-person meetings. The meeting dates for 2024-2025 are: 

  • 1st Meeting - Friday, Aug 1, 2025 11:00am (immediately following Meet & Greet).
  • 2nd Meeting - November 13, 2025 @ 6:30pm 
  • 3rd Meeting - February 26, 2026 @ 6:30pm (call for board nominations)
  • 4th Meeting - May 7, 2026 @ 6:30pm (includes board elections)

The official list of district wide dates for holidays, school breaks and early release days. Student dismissal is general two hours earlier than on a typical school day.
