3 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

 

(1) REPRESENT A COUNTRY 

Click on the sign up button to present a country. Provide the name of a country you want to represent if not listed. 

 

Families can work as a group or individually to provide a cultural learning experience about a specific country for event participants which should include:

 

A Display Board - Visual aid of information and fun facts. 

 

An Activity or Craft Project - Keep it entertaining, kid friendly and fun. 

 

Food - Share traditional cuisine with participants. (optional)

 

A Continent Coordinator will contact and connect families representing the same country, as well as be available to answer questions while groups prepare for the event.

(2) BE A VOLUNTEER

Click on the sign up button, scroll through the form and volunteer to help make this event even more special.

 

Preplanning Volunteers needed leading up to the event day to help with pre-event tasks and decorations.

 

Event Day Volunteers needed for traffic flow, parking, continent areas and stage setup, check-in tables, sensory station, assist with countries as needed and performances during event hours.

 

All available hands will be expected to help with breakdown and clean up immediately afterwards.

 

(3) BE A SPECTATOR
