"Give Peas A Chance"

Discussion on the importance of eating fruits and vegetables. 

Students are encouraged to wear 60's clothes or green clothing. 

Daily Challenge: Try a new, healthy food such as a vegetable.  


TuesdAY, OCTOBER 26, 2021

"Wild about Water"

Discussion on how hydration is healthy!

Students are asked to wear their wildest animal print, Cougar Pride clothing or clothing with an animal on it.  

Daily Challenge: Drink 5 or more glasses of water. 


Wednesday, OCTOBER 27, 2021

"Wake Up, Wednesday"

The focus will be on why it is important to get enough sleep.

Students may wear school-appropriate pajamas to school. 

Daily Challenge: Get to bed early.

"Be A Good Sport"

 How can we show our commitment to exercise.

Students are encouraged to wear sports team clothing to show their commitment to an active, healthy lifestyle. 

Daily Challenge: Get outside and play, or to exercise

"Get Hooked On A Book"


Friday is Kincaid Foundation dress up day, our healthy message will be to read to relax. Please see the Foundation flyer about our dress up day. 

Daily Challenge: Read a good book at home over the weekend.
