KINCAID VOLUNTEERS ARE...

Have Extra Time, A Specific Skill or Looking to Help In Any Way -

WE WANT YOU!

Volunteers are necessary for successful PTA and Foundation sponsored events/programs. Every act of service is important to our school community; and there are so many opportunities for volunteerism at Kincaid Elementary.

Actions Always Speak Louder Than Words

All volunteers must be trained so they understand student privacy rights, and volunteer responsibilities.

Volunteer Training consists of the following:

  1. Watch the FERPA Video below.
  2. Review the CCSD document about Mandated Reporting HERE.
  3. Print and sign this School Volunteer Privacy Form and send to the school to be kept on file for audit.

Below is a list of the different areas available to volunteer. In addition to the support needed at school and for events, several tasks can be done from home.
