JOIN KINCAID PTA

Our membership year runs from July 1st through June 30th. To ensure your membership covers the upcoming school year, please do not register until after July 1st.

Online Registration & Membership
Follow these steps to quickly join the Kincaid PTA and support your school!
STEP 1 Access the Registration Portal
Click the Log In button located in the top right corner of the yellow banner at the top of this page.
- New Members: Click "Create a New Account" and verify your email.
- Returning Members: Log in with your existing credentials.
Note: Complete all required sections of the forms found at the bottom of this page.
STEP 2 Join the Kincaid PTA
Once logged in, navigate to the membership section to purchase your membership.
- Select Membership: Choose options for yourself, children, and/or family members.
- Validity: Memberships run from July 1st through June 30th.
🏆 CLASS CONTEST ALERT: Please list your student's teacher and grade during registration so your class gets credit toward the Book Vending Machine and Popsicle Party prizes!
STEP 3 Support Kincaid (Optional)
Consider these additional ways to make an impact:
- Sponsor a Teacher: Purchase a membership for a Kincaid staff member.
- Invite Community: Ask neighbors or local businesses to join.
- Make a Donation: Contributions directly fund PTA programs and classroom resources.
Payment & Confirmation
- All purchases are handled securely via credit or debit card.
- Your PTA Membership Packet will be available for download inside your account immediately after checkout.
